Hinching – the phenomenon we owe to Instagram sensation Mrs Hinch. She has been regaling fans with her cleaning hacks and ‘Hinch hauls’ for a clean and sparkling home.

Her philosophy is simple. By following the routines and rituals that come with cleaning our homes, we can feel a sense of achievement, and ultimately, this will make us happier.

Zoflora

The once humble scented disinfectant has been given a new lease of life thanks to Mrs Hinch. For general use, dilute a capful in a trusty spray bottle and spritz on radiators to allow the scent to diffuse with heat, on the sofa last thing at night to wake up to a fresh smelling living room, or even just as an air-freshner. Undiluted, however, it can be used to freshen sinks, toilets, and is a great addition to the mop bucket when cleaning the kitchen floor.

Astonish

It’s no secret that Astonish is responsible for some of Mrs Hinch’s favourite products. The Mould & Mildew Blaster cleans tough stains while only needing minimal elbow grease, and helps prevent the return of mould and mildew. One of our favourites, however, is the Daily Shower Shine. Use after showering to prevent the build up of grime and limescale. Even better – Astonish is approved by Cruelty Free International, since they neither test on animals or use animal-based ingredients.

Maid Simple – Let It Shine

Maybe not one of Mrs Hinch’s favourites, but certainly one of ours. Let It Shine by Maid Simple smells incredible, and cleans glass and mirrors easily. Just spritz the surface, and wipe in a circular motion using a microfibre cloth. Maid Simple, made simple!
