Your Harrison purchase will begin its life on their own farm in North Yorkshire, where the fillings for the mattresses are grown and reared. Using wool, hemp, and flax create a naturally temperature regulating composition, with options for winter and summer sides. Inside the Harrison factory itself, the mattress fabric is woven using wool, preventing the need for fire-retardant chemicals. By weaving their own fabric, Harrison are combining traditional skills with state-of-the-art technology – much like the weaving history we in Langholm are so proud of!

The springs in your Harrison mattress will be coiled to your tension specification, which is one of the major advantages Harrison provide over most other mattress manufacturers. These tensions allow your bed to be truly tailored to your preference and comfort – with split tensions available should they be required.

With a plethora of base and headboard options available in an array of fabrics, we believe that a Harrison bed not only improves sleep quality, but can also be an artistic or statement piece of furniture.
